This policy explains what personal data WizFlow collects through wizflowdev.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. If anything is unclear, write to info@wizflowdev.com.
Who we are
WizFlow is a web design and development studio run by Miroslav and Mirjana Marković, working from Belgrade, Serbia and Dubai, UAE. We are responsible for the personal data described here.
What we collect and why
When you contact us
The contact form asks for your name, email, company, budget and a message. We use them only to reply to you and prepare a quote. The form is delivered to our inbox through EmailJS. If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send there.
The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
When you book a call
Calls are booked through Calendly, which collects the name, email and answers you enter in its booking form and sends them to us. The booking widget on our contact page is loaded from Calendly, which may set its own cookies under its privacy notice.
Analytics, only with your consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and how many send an enquiry. Analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept in the cookie banner.
If you reject them, or have not chosen yet, Google Analytics runs in consent mode: it sets no cookies and receives only basic signals without an identifier, such as that a page was viewed. We do not use advertising features, and we do not use Google Analytics data to identify you.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and keep the service secure.

Your choice in the cookie banner is saved in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, so we do not ask again on every page. You can change it at any time: . Rejecting removes the Google Analytics cookies.
Who receives your data
Only the services named above: EmailJS, Calendly, Google and Netlify, each for the purpose described. Some of them are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there under the safeguards those companies provide, such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and emails: as long as needed to answer you, and for clients as long as the work and legal record keeping require.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months, then deleted by Google.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, and withdraw your consent to analytics at any time. Write to info@wizflowdev.com and we reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Serbia this is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection; in the EU, the authority in your country.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. Questions are always welcome on the contact page.
